Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, Kalanidhi division is organizing Arya Utsav- a festival to celebrate the Cultural traditions of Dard Aryans of Ladakh.

(i) Inauguration of Exhibition on Dard Aryans of Ladakh –16th Jan, 2019 at 4 PM

The Janapada Sampada Division is organising a lecture cum demonstration by Dr. Devendra Sharma (Professor, Department of Communication, California State University, Fresno, USA).

The lecture will be chaired by Pandit Ram Dayal Sharma, a renowned Rasiya, Rasleela, Swang, Bhagat and Nautanki singer, Katha Vachak. He is also a visiting professor and examiner in music and folk theatre at the National School of Drama, New Delhi.
